AOL?

Can anyone tell me is AOL a good isp?my cousin is on AOL 2mb and he says its unlimited has had no problems with it except he could not get his router to work with them.I asked a few people what they think of aol and people say stay clear?

well i heard you dont have to use there software.the only big offputting thing is there yearly contract i dont like that idea
