I am sick of it, for a week now its been downloading at 15kb/s im on 5mb ffs!
I phoned tech support I dont understand them at all, they tell me to install spyware software and such and make out its my computers fault!
So its time to change ive had enough!
Has anyone used Sky? as we can get a good deal with being a sky member
