As title says Im having a problem with my new monitor.Problem occurs only when im in game menu for example World of tanks or starcraft 2. It newer happens when im playing game actually.I play at lowest details to keep over 300 fps in every game because my computer is a bit old, tried to lower resolution with this same effect. Tried cap fps with RTSS to 232fps, Tried with v-sync same effect. When freesync is off seems like it goes away. Video https://streamable.com/wey95h

Gpu rx 480 8gb
Cpu i5 6600k
16gb ram Corsair
I would be very thank full for advice wheter it might be gpu problem or faulty monitor so i could send it back.Currently im on my old AOC 24g2u 144hz+freesync and all fine
