Aorus 360 AIO cooler issues

Hi guys,

My Aorus 360 AIO cooler ( around 8 months old) has decided to just throw a random wobbler. Screen went black and now the cooler LCD fails to display the temperature, its just saying 00*C?

Any ideas on how to correct this issue? My Mobo is a Gigabyte Z490 master.

Try removing any software relating to that cooler. Reinstall it. Try and older version of the software (if possible).

If that all fails, it may be the thermostat has failed, I'm assuming it's still spinning all the fans up and the pump is still working ok?

Temps are ok?

If you can't get it to read temperature after all that RMA it I would assume it's still under warranty.

Edit: check all cables are properly in.

Does sound like just a software issue if it just happened all of a sudden for no reason, could maybe be a windows update or something that has caused an issue or a new piece of software, maybe a rollback could help?
