AORUS AD27QD strange 'behaviour'

OK so I have a Aorus AD27QD and its a nice monitor but when it goes into power saving mode it does so for a second and then it wakes up again instantly, windows power setting are set to 10 minutes, I am not touching the mouse, i did wonder if its the wifi mouse, it never happened with my last monitor though.

Win10 Pro btw

Any Ideas?

Gigabyte's monitors have quite a lot of problems with firmware. On any GB monitor you need to turn off any power saving mods.

Its my MS wifi mouse, I have been experimenting, its Win 10 bug with the mouse I think. there was probably a Win 10 update around the same time i got the monitor i guess.
