Hi guys,

I received an x3 plus yesterday but I have a couple of issues with it.

1. There seems to be a lot of screen bleed, the main reason I bought this machine was for the screen and had heard it was amazing with no bleed. Can any other owners comment on their screen quality?

2. My keyboard is raised at the left side, the caps, shift, wasd keys are mostly affected and also the G keys. The caps key makes a horrible popping sound when I press it. And the G keys don't feel great. I am tempted to remove the keyboard and try and find out what is causing the issue or should I just return it?

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Nija2000,

This is obviously not right on both counts.

Please contact OcUK returns and get the machine back for analysis, and if faults found then we will replace with new.

We will contact OCUK to alert them to your problem to ensure the best of service.

Sorry for your inconvenience.

Regards,

Gigabyte UK NB Team

Hello there ninja2000

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the X3, the X3 is a gorgeous peice of kit so its new to me that an issue would occur.

Can you please provide some pictures of the issue so I can do my best to assist you?

Thanks

Bailey

Hi guys,

Thanks for the responses. Yeah apart from the couple of issues it is an amazing machine.
The keyboard just looks like it is not seated correctly (maybe the ribbon cable is twisted underneath?)

I will try and take some photos shortly but my photography skills are terrible
