This week at Overclockers we're looking at the latest intake of Aorus X5/X7 laptops.

Visually the Aorus range is something to look at, especially once you'veset up your own theme on the back-lit keyboard. It's got a key-by-key set up for personal colour schemes and you can animate the effects to get everything from a breathing effect to colour cascades; great if you're looking for something a little more personal than the standard galactic conquest red.

in terms of hardware, the Auros X7 can have specs which will go toe-to-toe with even the most premium gaming setups. It boasts an impressive GTX 1080 8GB and an i7-7820HK smashing 4K titles like Shadow of Mordor at an easy 55fps

A 17.3" UHD screen provides a great viewing experience for all kinds of media, however if that's not enough there's also the option to set up a real BattleStation with the thunderbolt 3 port supporting up to three additional 4K screens.
