Ap to convert MOV to MPEG4?

Does anybody know of a decent ap to convert MOV to MPEG4? preferably one which's free. Need to just do a quick vid for the GF's art project. Any help much appreciated

Im a recent fan of MediaCoder. I've been going over DVDs with H264 and its been flawless. Lets you bulk add files by folder too.

I had problems with Super.

Tried that Super on the strength of this thread to see what it was like.

Thought it was good, but desperatley needs multicore support.

Unless its an option I haven't ticked??
