Apache and IIS on same Windows Server

I need to run Apache and IIS side by side on the same server. I've installed both and assigned 2 IP's (xxx.xx.xx.3 and xxx.xx.xx.10) to the network card because they can't both listen on Port 80 on the same IP. I've then used httpcfg to stop IIS listening on the second IP. This is working fine on my internal network.

Problem I've got is I'm not sure how best to set this up for external use. At the moment I don't have a spare external IP to NAT across to the second internal IP. Other than obtaining more IP addresses, is there any other way I can set this up so both can be accessed externally?
