Apache Server for windows:

How do i get it from hosting locally to hosting over the web? It as simple as changing the config file localhost to my ip?

Any specific reason for using apache when IMO IIS is much better for windows?

I really do have 0 clue how to get it to start hosting online instead of local, its getting on my jubblies!
