Hey guys, I'm a bit of a noob with web servers. Heads up 
How would one go about enabling the ini_set function on xampp / apache? I have it running on safe mode if that makes any difference.
The reason I ask is because a site that I've just put it will not work properly and keeps brining back errors, I've found out that I need to enable the " ini_set function "
