yeah you can http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri and just choose the game APB and check it out if it passes on everything then you wont have any problems

You can thank the multitude of pathetic hackers and, more importantly, the ****ing muppets that managed Realtime Worlds that ****ed the games budget up the wall leading to it launching in a much unfinished state.

Ignore the morons that claim the game was trash. It wasn't, it just wasn't finished. The core ideas were fantastic, and when you could avoid the hackers, the gameplay could be utterly awesome.
