Says who? Last I heard it's still planned for consoles but not simultaneously?

No one really knows, not even Realtime worlds yet. They mentioned before that they don't want to follow traditional MMO type pricing so expect it to be like a normal games multiplayer with some added micro transactions.

After the PC version they'll "think about" maybe doing a console version. No plan as such.

No keys are going around at the moment - only the people that were in the first phase of the open beta had a chance of getting into the second phase

I've a lot counting on this game to be good, as I believe that it will be awesome if it lives up to the hype and current game info.
