apdproxy and DLL Files

Hey Guys, I booted up my machine this morning and was presented with this:

I then locked my PC and came back to it and got that message (hence the username in the background).

What is this all about. I have a feeling it is to do with the Photoshop Elements 6 I installed a few days ago.

It might just be that you need to find a copy of connapi.dll off the Interweb and plonk it in your Windows/System32 folder. Have you got any Nokia software installed? Or had it installed? Connapi.dll seems to be linked to Nokia phone software.
