Just a quick note to say that during my investigations into advice onthe Swiftech Apex Ultra + kit, apart from the RAD, the main thing people recommended as a better alternative component was the ApogeeGT waterblock over the bog-standard Apogee block the kit shipped with.
Although I was tempted to replace parts and custom build the w/c kit (which IS the best way to do it if you ask anyone), I though I'd have my hands full with my first build in general and just wanted "a box with all the bits and a set of instructions" and thought I'd bite the bullet on the block.
Imagine, then, my surprise and delight when I unpacked the kit this morning and saw a big fat label on the front saying "Now with new ApogeeGT block included!!"
(wonder if I rubbed the lamp three times I'd find a 120.x rad in there as well?
