apogee help needed

so i went out and picked myself up one of those woderful apogee's.
when i went to install it i foung my backplate didnt match the one in the diagram. i have a gigabyte k8nxp-sli. also in the instructions it says u do not need to remove the motherboard to install the block. both were wrong. so now i have this wonderful block and no way to install it. all help will be apreaciated

well thanks for all your help guy's. i really apreciate your comments. but as it turns out if u buy one of tose nice apogee's you must also purchace a socket 939 referance backplate. thanks to swiftech for telling me this after the fact. it will cost me $2.97 for the backplate and $5.87 to ship it. nice of them to put that on the website and on the instructions
