I've been promising a log for some time, but because i'm an adhd riddled procastinating tard i always find some excuse not to log, but hey here it is even if it is long overdue..

Currently lifiting at home with basic bench and dumbell set-up with a pull-up on my doorframe, looking to start at a "proper" gym soon in order to help my strength skyrocket with the addition of squats and heavier weights than my current setup allows me too.

As i'm lifting at home and alone i currently don't do squats, partially a personal decision due to the possibility of injuring myself through the lack of a spotter.

My current body weight lies somewhere around 60k, i don't know the exact weight because i haven't weighed myself for the last couple of weeks after having some terrible stomach bug right after having flu and i know i have lost a few kilos.

My stats for some of the "major" lifts at the current time are

Bench 65kg 3x8
DL 60kg 3x8
OHP 35k 3x8

in addition i add in pull-ups started at 6 x 8 (3 sets with grip facing away and wide, with 3 sets grip facing me close-grip) and increasing reps each exercise day by 1, currently at 6 x14, however i'll be restting this to 8 reps and adding in some extra weight.

Other accessory work includes bicep work, tricep work and ab/obliquework (mainly winshield wipers, v-ups / dragon-flags, dolphin pushups and wheel-rolllouts

I'll try and keep this updated as much as possible.
 
Small update but after almost two weekd of fluband bronchitus and still training through it i decided to get myself weighed yesterday morning, whilst not the most desirable of tools i used one of those machines in boots.

currently weighing in at 59.5kg, which while still far from where i want to be its still quite a gain from where i began in january, this coupled with the fact i've actually lost 4 inches from my waist while putting on over a stone in the past 9 months leaves me overall quite happy with my gains.

loving the bulgarian split squats btw thanks for that reccommendation :D
will start updating this log a bit more frequently now that my lifes a bit less hectic.
