apologies for another check router stats thread

Hi,

got a friend who's on sky, having a few issues when gaming, checked his stats for his router and got the following :

snr margin down 12.5 up 24.0
attenuation down 38.0 up 22.0
output power down 19.7 up 11.9

Do those look okay ?

What exactly are the issues when gaming? His line stats seem fine in any case.

hes getting glitching, he'll be moving then when it unfreezes hes moved 15/10 feet in the direction he was going.

pings seem fine, i've said for him to use fraps or similar to see if the frames per second go daft when it happens.

Could be software running in the background, if his pings don't change when the problem occurs. I know that one of my old Antivirus scanners was scheduled to run every Friday evening at 8pm, and I always forgot about it and was often in a match when it kicked off... annoyed my head until I eventually remembered to reschedule it for the middle of the day/night
