App contest - ping checker

Hey all,

I'm basically looking for a program that displays a little 'LED' that floats on the screen and displays Green if you get a ping response and red if you get a timeout etc.
It can be made in any language and needs to be quite lightweight

I tested it for bugs for a while, pretty sure it will work properly.
I'll make one so you can change the IP's tomorrow.

edit: It opens in the tray. Right click for more options, like how to close it
