App like Hotspot Shield but no installation

Hi Guys,

I use Hotspot Shield to let me watch stuff like Hulu etc. Now its the other way round, I want to have the F1 on in the background at work, but our servers go through the US so wont work, is there an app like Hotspot which doesnt need an installation (like a basic utility)?

I think I tried that, because it think's I'm in the US it doesnt work. I'll have another go, I just assume as a lot of videos on BBC say I'm out of region when I'm at work.
