app to auto post to loads of social sites?

getting bored of posting a video to youtube/going live on twitch, then sharing it on twitter, insta, facebook etc.

hoping someone might know of an application for desktop that will allow me to control as many of these as possible from one place.

Would IFTTT work? You can set it up so as soon as it detects a new video on your YouTube channel, it will automatically share it. I can see already made applets for sharing to Twitter and Facebook, but not for Instagram, although you may be able to create the applet yourself.
