App to clear local photos stored on Google Photos

Hi all,

Does anyone know of an app or a way of clearing out local photos/videos from a phone that are already backed up to Google Photos?

I can't seem to find anything in the sync settings to delete as it backs up.

I download from google photos each month to my local machine so I've 2 backups anyway so I'm not fussed about keeping them on the phone, plus, you can access google photos from it anyway

EDIT: Bloody typical, 10 mins after posting I found an article that advises how you can do it

I was just about to say, there is an app for that, it's called Google Photos lol.
