Is there such an app?

I know for Sainsbury's there is, however it only works in certain stores, so is there a universal app that can scan the barcode and add it all up? Would help and I'd be able to probably save like a fiver.

Cheers.

Don't want to go round the shop doing mathermatics I want my phone to do it for me so I just have to stare at it.

And that will never happen. People never keep an eye on their shop because they haven't spent enough, only so that they don't spend too much, which is exactly what supermarkets want them to do ;)

Sainsbury's is piloting an app that lets you add it all up then you just walk out of the shop without going to a till.

By the time you have worked it all out you will have negated the savings in time spent.

Just accept you may loose out on £1/2 by going to the closest store to you, but you have still gone to the closest store to you.

You're only going to loose money and time in the long run.

If I go to Sainsbury's I spend AGES in there, I could probs save about a fiver.

I'm not on the best wage and I like to put 300-600 a month in my savings account so all the savings the better.
