appalling adobe support!

does anyone have a contact number for a british adobe support center? i have been on hold all morning to different foreign places who once i get through have no idea what i'm on about and them fob me off with a new number!!!

i have cs4 design premium installed on my imac and macbook (which is fine) but its also installed on the imac i got which went faulty after 1 week and was send back - it had heavy graphics card problems and i couldn't access the computer to deactivate cs4 so it thinks i have it installed on 3 machines and as a result has locked me out...

you'd have thought that was simple to resolve no? jeez!
 
live chat was rubbish, it was like talking to a child...

that number EVH couldn't help unfortunately wrong department :(

how incredibly frustrating :mad: - i've literally wasted 2 hours on this trivial problem.
 
they all just give me the number which requires (it would seem) up to a 20 minute wait to then only be put through to a monkey who barely understands what i'm saying.
 
naah sorry glitch it is not as easy as that, every number i got through to (including that one) had me waiting for ever and no one understood the issue, i finally gave live chat a go and she sorted it in about 3 minutes...

guess it comes down to who you get on the other end of the line...
