Firefoxappearance in Boot Camp

Has anyone else noticed that Firefox doesn't look as good in XP? The lettering's not as easy on the eye. It looks harsh and jagged almost like the sharpness levels are too high. Is there a way to correct this?

You can try and correct it by turning on ClearType but that can only help so much. The text rendering is just poor in XP, there's not a lot you can do about it.

I think in Control Panel there is an option to turn on 'clear type' or something. It's been a while since I've used Windows but essential the font anti-aliasing is off by default in Windows (or something like that). You have to turn it on to get the sexy OSX style type.
