Anyone used this? After some feedback about how effective it is about teaching basics of app development!

One of the electrical design engineers at work used it to connect to some hardware he was designing/writing over Bluetooth and to use it to issue firmware updates etc - pretty impressive you can do that with it to be fair.

If you want to learn "proper" app development you'd be best off with Eclipse/Android studio and doing it properly I guess.

Do you mean you intend to teach people with it, or you wish to learn how to make apps using it?
