Apple, .001 File Joiner Program?

Hey Guys,

Im trying to link files with the extension ' .001 ' , upwards to ' .089 ' , together.

Its a way of splitting the files up and i know a program called 001. Splitter & Joiner exists for PC but im in real need for a MAC counterpart.

Can anyone recommend an alternate apple program?


Any help really would be appreciated.
