Apple Airbook - Unknown Sources Option Gone?

Hello all,

I'm wanting to install software and allow unknown sources but the option for this is no longer available. Anybody got round this problem?

It should be in security and privacy IIRC. At work so can't double check but usually if you go to system preferences after something has been blocked then it'll be highlighted.

Yeah it should be but it has very recently disappeared and i don't think there's been an update. Very strange and infuriating by Apple once more.

Yeah just seen, only App Store and identified developers.

I'm assuming there's a workaround, have a Google.

Seems it's a macOS thing.

It has to be done individually but can be reverted to the old way according to this article.

Thanks guys, yeah holding ctrl and clicking on the app to use for unknown sources works
