Looking at some of the Macbook Air and Pro (non retina) models for a colleague and noticed they are a lot cheaper?
I assume they are all grey import models, but all are fulfilled by Amazon and delivered next day.
Any reason to NOT buy?
I believe warranty is worldwide?
Only question I guess is do they have a UK keyboard?

No reason not to go for it if they are fulfilled by Amazon means you get Amazons CS if anything goes wrong IIRC and as you said Apple warranty is worldwide anyway.

This =

they usually have a US keyboard layout as well.

Thanks.
Just looks like the keyboard layout that might be an issue then, although on Apple, isn't that just the pound sign lacking?

UK keyboard has @ and € shown on '2' key. US has just @.

UK keyboard has £ and # shown on '3' key. US has just #.

Just set the Keyboard Preferences to "British" and use shift and alt/option accordingly.

I bought a 11" Air two years from Amazon with English international keyboard for a lot less then UK retail. Nothing wrong with it and still going strong.
