Apple charger cable

Apples new software update seems to stop some cables from changing their devices, im stuck with this. Is there any where around it?

Nope
Get either genuine or apple certified cables and they are sure to work

Some non certified third party cables do work but they are getting few and far between now
Best to check out recent reviews first if you insist on third party
