I always thought the apple cinema display screens had thunderbolt and required converts but have recently seen that there are Apple Cinema HD Displays with a DVI connection

Could someone spec a 27" or 30" cinema display to use with my PC (EVGA GTX670 which 'Supports four concurrent displays; two dual-link DVI connectors, HDMI and Displayport 1.2*'

The only Apple Cinema HD display available at the moment, which isn't the thunderbolt one, is the 27" one that has mini-DP although it would appear that it has been discontinued now also.

Thunderbolt is the current model, which I haven't figured out how to connect to a PC yet. I actually came here to ask for advice on that.

The previous version which is discontinued had a mini display port. So all you would need is a display port to mini display port adapter and it should work.

The only way to connect to the Thunderbolt Display is via Thunderbolt. People have tried various different ways of getting it to work but no one seems to have a solution yet, oddly enough people claim that Apple have stated on the phone that it does work with mini DP.

'System Requirements
Thunderbolt-enabled Mac computer, including MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini and iMac'

Apple should be refreshing the cinema displays from what I was reading(pinch of salt), possibly this year.
