ok now this is a weird one and am not sure what to do now, for some reason my imac will not load any apple.com site be it the trailers/forum anything my MBP loads them all fine i have gone through most of the settings i can think of cleared the cache and cookies but am still not getting anything on it 
i have disabled the firewall and i dont have littlesnitch so what could it be
