Apple delivery times

Hi all,

I wasn't sure where the best place for this question was.

I am going to buy some beats headphones. The apple site offers free delivery and despatched within 24hrs but how many business days does it usually take to deliver.

I can't find anything on the site as I assume the delivery times for different products (headphones, laptops, monitors etc) differs depending on what has been ordered.

Has anyone ordered headphones from them before and if so how long did it take?

If you know anywhere better to get legit beat tours from let me know but they seem like the same price everywhere.
 
Next day I'd imagine

I bought an iPad recently and they sent it to some Syncreon company to hold it for 3 days then next day delivery :S

Superfi were really good on price the last time i looked around for headphones.

Remember my iPhone5 taking around 2-3 working days direct from Apple, so that's all i can base that theory on :)

Everyone has their opinions I guess. Is that through experience or jumping on a bandwagon?

Sites like Whathifi give them a good review and I have used some to test and I liked them. I'm not bothered about the money really since I used my headphones everyday for commuting.

Experience, you can get much better studio quality ear or headphones for cheaper or similar price.

No point going over it all again its been said several times. You are the one jumping on the bandwagon / falling for the advertisement.

If you want more detail maybe ask Apple or post this in the Apple forum or the HiFi forum?

If you are adamant on throwing your money away you can pick these up anyway so your not stuck with getting them from Apple.
 
Having used a mate's set of Beats before I'm with the 'overpriced and not very good' brigade, but it's your money and your choice. I'll just say this, you can pick up a pair of AKG K551s for roughly the same price as Beats, and they're a far superior set of headphones.

I've ordered lots of things from Apple and the delievery service is usually very good, you can expect them sooner rather than later :).

Re; the Beats headphones, they have never been popular on here (Quite a lot of branded things aren't popular on here), I have a pair for every day out and about use and they're fine for that and quite tough going. I've had mine since they first came out :).
 
What genre of music do you most commonly listen too?, if its Dubstep, DNB etc the Beats will most likely suit your needs.

For that amount of money though I'd do some serious research, weigh up the pro's and con's
 
As already stated, I have read reviews and tried them and liked them. I am looking to buy them online as I will be home from work for study leave for the next few days and don't want to go to town to get them.

The money isn't an issue for me, I feel like they are good for the price. For those offering alternatives it is the in ear tours I am looking at, not the headphones.
