Hi all, a collegue has an iPhone and her Apple ID was blocked, since then she has made a new ID and has not yet signed or logged in with it. She has a lot of videos and pictures of her daughter on the phone and was wanting to know about backing them up.
Im not too upto date with Apple and iTunes so was wondering if someone on here could give me some advice.
What we want to know is if she uses her new Apple ID will he photos and videos be deleted? and if she backs them up via iTunes how can she be sure that the wont be deleted if she uses the new ID?
Or is there another way to do it?
