after some advice from others that use an iPhone.
My mum has got a new iPhone and she has given me her old 1 to reset etc.
When trying to reset it I cannot do so as she no longer remembers the password for the account and on her new phone they setup a new account.
Because she cannot remember the password I cannot disable "find my phone" or the password to unlock it (She knows this)
I have access to the e mail address used on the apple ID side of things and when trying to do a password reset I do not get the option to do it via e mail.
Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to go about it?
