Hi folks,
Need a bit of help if possible as Apple Support do not understand for some reason.
Bascially I need my security questions and password email rescue account reset to something different as I don't know the answers.
I can log into my account fine, even change the password via iTunes Account.
They keep telling me info to go to http://appleid.apple.com even though I can't do anything from here as I don't know the answers or have access to the old email account any more.
They also try to tell me to visit https://iforgot.apple.com to reset my password when I already know how to do this.
4 Emails + 3 Support Calls and they still can't manage to answer my questions.
Can anyone at all shed any light on this please as it appears Apple are incompetent at helping me.
