Apple Imac 2019 + WiFi 6E?

is this at all possible, cant seem to find a straight answer online and difficualt to find a card, internal or expternal that is MAC compatible

anyone done this or suggest how i can upgrade the WiFi to a decent spec

i believe the current installed is a BT 4.2 & WiFi AC spec
