Apple iPad A16

I recently bought a brand new Apple iPad A16 (latest model) to replace my now old iPad Air 2 and have noticed the battery life between charges is quite short compared to my old iPad Air 2. So in general purpose use preppy much as i did with my Air 2 i'd say the battery life between charges is about 20% less.

Is this normal?

It can take a few days for the iPad to sort its file system etc out after you set it up which drains the battery, after say a week though it should be fine
