Apple iphone earphones broke....lost receipt...

Before you slate them for sound quality, i don't care, i like them

I actually have 2 pairs, one's left side don't work, and the other one's inline button has failed....does anyone know how if i could exchange them from apple online? I got them on the highstreet but have thrown away the box and receipt long ago.

I think you can do it online, apple send you new ones and you post the busted ones back to them.

Apple will charge £16 if the broken ones are not send back within 10 days of receiving the new ones.

I was in the Apple Store queue buying my MBP a few weeks a go, while I was waiting for it to be brought from stock room, a lady came to ask which pair of earphones to get to replace her broken iphone ones (she had no receipt/warranty), the guy at the till just pulled out a pair from a drawer behind the counter and gave them to her for nothing...

I would go to an apple store except the train ticket to get there costs as much as a new pair from the shops...

The right earpiece is broke on my headphones.

Doesn't matter too much as I'm deaf in my right ear, but I'll claim a new pair for resale value
