Hi guys,

Not an Apple fan so have very little to do with their kit... long story short, I've got a iPhone 6/iPod Touch (not sure on gen. but it has a lightning port) and I just want to get the media, pics and videos, off of them. I don't want to have to use iTunes

I used an app a few years back to get a load of tracks off of an iPod that couldn't connect to a friends computer - I used some freeware and I can't remember the name of it? I posted here, but I can't find the thread. I was able to just dip into the device like any other, normal, removal storage device and copy out what I needed.

I used an app called SharePod back in the day, when I last owned an Apple device - the 4S. That was great! Every time iTunes ballsed up, you could simply drag all your media off it and re-sync it to a new library.

Thanks.

Thanks! I need photo's too but Windows 10 Photos seems to be doing a pretty good job at that. Oh how things have changed since I owned an Apple device...

Nice one.
