Apple iPhone support?

I am now out of patience with my iPhone, if I could get rid of it I would right now. I don't see the point in having it if I can't sync it with Windows 7. Every time I want to sync it, iTunes doesn't recognise it and I have to restore from a previous backup, then the backup fails, rinse repeat. Absolute farce.

Anyway I want to report this issue with Apple but have just read the following on their website:

"Mac, iPhone, and iPod customers within 90 days of ownership are eligible for complimentary phone support — one support incident per iPod and unlimited incidents per Mac."

What does this mean? I have to pay for support or can I log a ticket as usual?

Thanks

Log a support call via the web, you're only limited in the first 90 days to telephone support.

call via O2 or orange and get transferred to apple iphone support.

Its a loophole behind bypassing the technical support fee. Apple support HAS to provide free support if they have been transferred through.
