Apple iTunes from vista to win 7 pc

Hi guys
I'm giving the mother in law a PC and was wondering how to get her iTunes library off the vista pc onto the win 7 pc without her losing anything

Just backup/restore the folder in:

C:\Users\[user]\Music\ (iTunes)

Is it honestly that simple moving from one os/pc to another?

I'm sure this is what I done. Just tried it and it works fine.
