Apple Macbook Pro Constraints...

Hey guys,

I'm really posting here to see if anyone else is STILL waiting on their Macbook Pro being shipped.

I purchased a custom built Pro around release date and unfortunately there's been no signs of it yet. Our supplier has commented saying that due to demand, the Macbooks have been delayed and no ETA's have been given out.

By the looks of things plenty have been shipped. It's just a little annoying as that's been quite some time now.
 
even the stock specs ones have shipping dates of a few weeks on the apple store. The only one in stock is the 13" non-touch.

I guess you just gotta wait some more
 
By custom built do you mean you selected a better processor and memory etc..?

I did that - got top spec MBP13" (albeit with a 512GB HD) - I ordered it on the 21st, it arrived on the 29th
 
@dowie - Yep, by custom I mean I maxed out the specs, so top-end everything.

@Vanquish-Storm - I ordered it through a vendor who ordered it directly from Apple.

A bit annoying as I see a ton of people waited a week or two and I've been twiddling my thumbs for what feels like months now!

Can you see the same item on the Apple site with a due date?

Are you sure this Vendor has placed the order?
