Download the free VLC video player. You can download VLC for Windows here. And for Android here.
Launch VLC once installed.

On Android: Hit the hamburger menu and the “Stream” option.
In the URL field, insert the following URL. (This is the video stream the Apple TV uses to show the keynote.)

Press Play to start the live stream. The video might appear broken until Apple actually starts the event (6pm GMT), but it will begin when the official stream goes live on Apple TV.

I'm happy with my iPhone 6 still. The 6s was a very marginal upgrades in my opinion and by the looks of it the iPhone 7 will be more or less the same. The 2017 iPhone rumours sound interesting with the possible move to OMLED screen, curved or edge to edge display and the complete removal of the home button along with a new design.

I will be more than likely looking at purchasing the new Apple Watch if it makes an appearance. I'm a wheelchair user and the work Apple has done making the health features accessible to wheelchair users has been really impressive. It also makes the watch much more useful to me now as well.

I'm more interested to see what happens with the watch than the phone this time. Built in GPS is probably too much to ask for but some additional sensors might be nice.

I think built in GPS is one of the things that people are expecting. No cellular this time around but GPS seems likely.

The rumours that seem to be doing the rounds that a well as GPS the Watch will have a barometer for altitude tracking, stronger water resistance, a larger-capacity battery and a faster processor.

I've updated the first post with how to watch the todays live stream. I've also added links to to live blogs reporting from the event as well. I'll add more live blog links as and when they become available.
