You can’t get one from Apple. You might be able to buy a logic board from eBay but it will be a specific board for a specific model.

Think you still need to send the OG one back, and pass the serial checks before, and then after ask for Apple' blessing to unlock / remove nagging about replacment parts after, so hardly a repair program.
