Apple new ios crashes apps?

I updated my iphone5s today to the newest ios version and it seems to make my phone slower and even the reminder app which is a default app of iphone is crashing unexpectedly. now I wish I could go back to the older ios anyone has the same problem?

The Mrs 5S has been solid with iOS 10. Try a hard reset and a clean install.

I to have found IOS 10 to be no worse than 9, safari still likes to crash though
