Hi everyone,
I've never touched a Mac in my life, but unfortunately having a Masters in Computer Networking has led to me finding one in my possession! Essentially my girlfriend has an old iBook that she had while at Uni. She wishes to sell it but said there's a problem with it, so I've got it to fix.
When I turn it on, after a few minutes of buzzing and whirring the screen displays a folder, which alternates between a question mark and a face...
Any ideas what I should/could do? I don't have any software either :s
Many thanks in advance
