Apple OEM Battery?

I recently purchased a used Early 2011 Macbook Pro.

It is in superb condition, looks like new.

I've already replaced the HDD with an SSD drive.

It has a charge cycle of 120 which isn't high but I'd like to replace the battery anyways.

Does anyone know where to find Apple OEM batteries? I don't want a 3rd party one from eBay.

From Apple, if yours isn't a retina model then it's £99 for them to supply and fit. Which is an absolute bargain when it comes to laptop batteries.

Why replace so soon?

My Late 2011 MBP has 690 cycles and it's still fine.

If you're going to replace the battery might as well abuse the current one a little more.
