Apple overtakes Microsoft

i knew the day would come, they deserve it too, apple make good quality products that always bring new innovative things. People are smarter when it comes to computers nowadays. Its the ipod and iphone that are pushing people to buy macs and ipads.
 
They deserve it for the iPhone and iPod Touch alone. The former for scaring the balls out of every phone company, and forcing them to get their R&D projects off the board asap, and the latter for doing so well as a music player. Despite the Zune being a better all round player, MS were utterly stupid to forget that EUROPE existed.
 
....However, Microsoft still enjoys higher profits than Apple. Its most recent annual net profit was $14.6bn (£10bn), compared with $5.7bn for Apple.

Microsoft also reported bigger full-year revenues of $58.4bn, with Apple on $36.5bn.

I think the excitement is a little premature
