My partner has an apple account with apple music. I have an android tablet with Alexa app. Usually once I login to alexa and give it my partners apple email and password it stayes linked for about a month. I re did them 2 days ago and now it will not accept the apple password. This happens a lot and the only way around it is to get my partner to change her apple password each time. I also noticed on my windows 10 laptop that I have the same issue trying to login to iTunes "password Incorrect" when this happens with Alexa so maybe the issue affects both of these things even though they are separate devices running different OS's. I would like to point out that my partner does not have this issue with her ipad or iphone and they are using the same password that alexa and iTunes on pc says is wrong ? Any help please
